I have worked for Golden West College since January, 1996, when I was hired as the Dean, Counseling, Matriculation Officer & Student Grievance Officer. In March 2014, I accepted a faculty tenure track assignment as a counselor and project director for GWC’s Title III “Access 2 Success” grant. Formerly employed as tenured faculty member, counselor and department chair at Mt. San Jacinto College's Menifee Valley Campus in Riverside County, and as an Admissions counselor at U.C. Riverside, in Riverside, CA. My educational background is as follows: I earned an A.A. degree from Cypress College in Cypress, CA; a B.A. from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT; a Master's Degree in Educational Counseling from CSU San Bernardino in San Bernardino, CA; and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from The University of La Verne, in La Verne, CA.
